Shear Blades

Supreme manufactures shear blades and knives for both Hot and cold application. We can manufacture blades upto max length of 2600 mm to shear sheet of minimum 0.1 mm to plate of  max 50 mm. We can provide blades and knives for HR & CR sheet for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We also provide profile blades for roof sheet of any design.
Shear blades supplied are comprises of

Knives can be supplied as per following grades 
D2/ D3/ H11/ H13/ 1.2767/ S7 and others. 

Raw Material Selection

The selection of suitable raw material from the right source is one of the most important aspects of knife making. The same material, procured from different sources gives different characteristics due to difference in percentage of alloying elements. Thus, the selection of raw material and the hardness value desired is done in close consultation with the customer which is largely based on the thickness and grade of the material to be sheared. The raw material is properly tested using different processes before use.
The quality is ensured by regular and multiple checks performed, starting right from the inspection of the raw-material to the final inspection before dispatch.
