Tube Mill Rolls

Supreme has best technical capabilities in manufacturing of Tube Mill Rolls from Designing of Rolls, selecting raw material, HT facilities for proper hardening, and equipped with CNC machines for mirror finish profile of rolls. We manufacture a wide range of rolls and tools for pipe, tube mill and metal forming industry. We uses a German Software “COPRA” for the designing of forming rolls as the proper designing reduces cost of rolls, increases productivity by increasing roll life & quality of tube profile. We also offer re-profiling of used forming rolls.

Rolls can be supplied in D2/ D3/ Cr12MoV and welding rolls in H13.

Raw Material Selection

The selection of suitable raw material from the right source is one of the most important aspects of roll making. The same material, procured from different sources gives different characteristics due to difference in percentage of alloying elements. Thus, the selection of raw material and the hardness value desired is done in close consultation with the customer which is largely based on the application for which the rolls is to be used and the material to be formed. The raw material is properly tested using different processes before use.


The quality is ensured by regular and multiple checks performed, starting right from the inspection of the raw-material to the final inspection before dispatch.
